Mac and cheese

Labour Day dinner on the Mohawk River with the Caswell and Irving family! We all enjoyed Mac and cheese prepared by the kook of the night: Mom! 

Onion Marinated Shark

Supplies. 

Making the Marinade.

Applying it to the shark.

After being in the oven, Pour on top of the shark.

Apply a garnish of your liking and serve with a bottle of wine.

Fresh Herb: Tomato and Garlic Sauce

 Add Pasta of your Choice!

And then add mozzarella cheese on top and your ready to dig in!
